58mm or 80mm?

A 58mm printer is compact and suits small counters and mobile billing. An 80mm printer prints wider receipts with more room for item names and tax columns. Either works as long as it supports ESC/POS commands and Bluetooth.

Set-up steps

  • Load the paper roll and charge the printer
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or tablet
  • Pair the printer from the billing app or device settings
  • Print a test bill and check the width and alignment

Troubleshooting

  • Printer not found: turn it off and on and keep it close to the device
  • Text cut off: check that the paper width setting matches the roll
  • Faint print: replace the roll or clean the print head
